A Personalized Approach to Executive Coaching

We work with executive leaders to deeply understand their particular leadership challenges and opportunities in the workplace, including what is driving their desire for skills development.

We pride ourselves on creating a safe space in our executive coaching relationships that helps to cultivate meaningful conversations and deliver highly practical strategic guidance for leadership skills development, career advancement, relationship management, and cultivating professional joy.

Coaching That Supports Leadership Skills Growth

Drawing on our deep expertise in working with senior leaders of world-renowned organizations, we offer executive coaching across a range of leadership skill areas, including the following four areas:

Shift Leadership Executive Coaching

Based on our work in coaching over a thousand professionals and working with hundreds of globally-renowned organizations, bci’s Shift Leadership coaching provides executive leaders with targeted strategic guidance on how to experience greater professional advancement, success, joy, and wellness.

In particular, Shift Leadership Executive Coaching equips leaders with tools to: create more organizational and personal impact; strengthen their skills and performance; claim heightened experiences of belonging; navigate complex and difficult work environments and relationships; develop greater emotional intelligence; and stand in their power in how they live, work, and lead.

DEI Executive Coaching

Our coaches have in-depth DEI expertise to help equip executive leaders with foundational and advanced DEI acumen, to help cultivate inclusive environments that are rooted in belonging. Through supportive conversations, our coaches provide a safe space for executive leaders to engage in deep self-reflection and learning about key DEI principles, concepts, and practices.

All of our executive coaches are licensed administrators of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), the leading cultural competency assessment tool. We provide in-depth one-on-one debriefs to executive leaders on their personal IDI results, including a discussion on how to further develop inclusion skills.

Targeted Executive Leadership Coaching

Given the breadth and depth of expertise amongst our executive coaches, we offer coaching across a range of leadership skill areas, including: team conflict resolution; relationship repair; emotional intelligence (EQ); empathy; conflict management; and crisis management.

Our executive coaches also hold qualifications and expertise to apply a therapy and trauma-informed lens to coaching; administer several leadership assessment tools (including the MBTI, EQi, and more); and navigate and diffuse complex talent management issues, including addressing tension related to geopolitics.
