Leadership Lens Webinars
Thought-Provoking Free Training on Cutting-Edge Leadership Topics
At bci, we recognize the importance of offering free training in order to spread best practices related to shift leadership, talent management, DEI, and belonging to the widest possible audience.
Since March 2020, we’ve offered several dozen free Leadership Lens webinars on a leadership topic almost every month and have now trained tens of thousands of participants.
Focusing on a different leadership area each month, including bringing in thought leaders and experts as guest speakers, our hour-long free Leadership Lens webinars tackle some of the most cutting-edge, challenging, and sensitive topics. Our webinars address complex and difficult subjects head-on and offer opportunities for nuanced and thoughtful discussion.

It continues to be a very difficult time for DEI leadership across workplaces. We’re experiencing myriad issues: political and legal attacks; cuts to programming and budgets; heightened resistance and DEI fatigue; challenges related to geopolitics; spikes in racism, including anti-Blackness; and more. If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and disheartened as a leader, you’re not alone.
The saving grace is that there are concrete steps that you can take to be courageous, compassionate, resilient, and motivated in the face of these hardships. And this is what we’ll explore during bhasin consulting inc.’s Leadership Lens webinar for February, We’ve Got This: Navigating DEI Leadership During this Difficult Time.
We’re delighted to share that on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 4-5pm ET, Ritu Bhasin, bci’s CEO and leadership expert, will be joined by special guest Vernā Myers, an award-winning DEI pioneer, thought leader, advisor, speaker, justice advocate, and humanitarian. Vernā is also the founder of The Vernā Myers Company, she’s the author of the bestselling books Moving Diversity Forward and What If I Say The Wrong Thing?, and she was the inaugural Head of Inclusion Strategy at Netflix.
During this important chat, which will take place during Black History Month, Ritu and Vernā will explore:
- How to practice compassion in the face of polarization and disagreement
- Why and how to go micro when the macro feels so dark
- How to be courageous in using our individual and collective voices in this difficult moment
- What allyship, especially in the context of growing racism, needs to look like
- The inspiring work Vernā is focusing on to cultivate inclusion and belonging
Everyone is welcome to attend, so please spread the word. If you have any questions for Vernā or Ritu, please send them through by emailing info@bhasinconsulting.com. We hope to see you online!
Wednesday, February 26th at 4-5pm ET
