Leadership Lens Webinars
Thought-Provoking Free Training on Cutting-Edge Leadership Topics
At bci, we recognize the importance of offering free training in order to spread best practices related to shift leadership, talent management, DEI, and belonging to the widest possible audience.
Since March 2020, we’ve offered several dozen free Leadership Lens webinars on a leadership topic almost every month and have now trained tens of thousands of participants.
Focusing on a different leadership area each month, including bringing in thought leaders and experts as guest speakers, our hour-long free Leadership Lens webinars tackle some of the most cutting-edge, challenging, and sensitive topics. Our webinars address complex and difficult subjects head-on and offer opportunities for nuanced and thoughtful discussion.

In today’s dynamic environment, leaders are struggling to address myriad challenges, including low team morale, cohesion, and engagement. A contributing factor to these difficulties is that many organizations continue to rely on historic ways of “how to work” that don’t reflect the nuanced needs of our increasingly diverse workforce.
So what can leaders and organizations do about this?
Join us to explore this very topic during bhasin consulting inc.’s Leadership Lens webinar in honor of Women’s History Month in March, The Flexibility Paradigm – Creating Human-Centric Workplaces. We’re delighted to share that on Wednesday, March 12th from 4-5pm ET, bci’s CEO and leadership expert Ritu Bhasin will speak with special guest Manar Morales, founder and CEO of the Diversity & Flexibility Alliance and author of the new bestselling book The Flexibility Paradigm: Humanizing the Workplace for Productivity, Profitability, and Possibility.
During this fascinating fireside chat, Ritu will talk to Manar about why workplace flexibility is a business imperative that drives talent retention, productivity, and competitive advantage. In particular, they will explore:
- Why the old command-and-control leadership paradigm no longer serves today’s workforce
- The Flex Success® Framework, a proven roadmap for implementing holistic flexibility that encompasses where, when, and how long people work
- How organizations can move beyond “return to office” debates to create meaningful experiences that drive engagement and innovation
- Practical strategies for implementing flexibility that benefits both people and business outcomes
- Key principles from Manar’s new book
Everyone is welcome to attend, so please spread the word. If you have any questions for Manar or Ritu, please send them to us by emailing info@bhasinconsulting.com. We hope to see you online!
Wednesday, March 12th at 4-5pm ET
We’re into the spring and 2025 continues to present hurdles and tensions that are extremely unnerving for many leaders and their teams – especially for those of us who are committed to creating belonging for all. And unfortunately, this turbulence will continue through the season (and the year!).
If you’re struggling with how to navigate this challenging moment, we invite you to join us for bhasin consulting inc.’s Leadership Lens webinar for April, A Spring Check-In – Key Leadership & DEI Insights for This Difficult Time. On Wednesday, April 16th from 4:00-5:00pm ET, leadership and DEI experts Ritu Bhasin and Dr. Komal Bhasin (also sisters!) will lead a discussion on leadership and DEI best practices and must-dos for rising, managing, and coping during the upcoming months. This is an opportunity to be in community, to feel witnessed, and to learn concrete practices for cultivating workplaces that are rooted in belonging, despite the challenges we’re facing. In particular, Komal and Ritu will discuss:
- Strategic planning for the near future related to talent management
- Skills and practices for fostering cohesion, wellness, and belonging – despite deep polarization in the workplace
- The critical importance of focusing on the employee experience (rooted in what we call Shift Leadership) and how to make this happen
- Their responses to the most frequently asked audience questions
Everyone is welcome. Please spread the word and encourage people from across your organizations, and especially those in leadership roles, to attend. If you have questions in advance, please send them to us by emailing info@bhasinconsulting.com. We will do our best to address as many questions as possible. We hope to see you online!
