Leadership Lens Webinars
Thought-Provoking Free Training on Cutting-Edge Leadership Topics
At bci, we recognize the importance of offering free training in order to spread best practices relating to shift leadership, talent management, DEI, and belonging to the widest possible audience.
Since March 2020, we’ve offered several dozen free Leadership Lens webinars on a leadership topic almost every month and have now trained tens of thousands of participants.
Focusing on a different leadership area each month, including bringing in thought leaders and experts as guest speakers, our hour-long free Leadership Lens webinars tackle some of the most cutting edge, challenging, and sensitive topics. Our webinars address complex and difficult subjects head-on and offer opportunities for nuanced and thoughtful discussion.

As workplaces evolve in response to an increasingly divided world, the need for deeper connection and compassion in our interactions grows ever more critical.
And this is exactly what we’ll explore during bhasin consulting inc.’s Leadership Lens webinar for September, A Leadership “Must Know”: Advanced Empathy Skills for Navigating Difficult Times. We’re pleased to share that on Wednesday, September 25th from 4-5 pm ET, Dr. Komal Bhasin, bci’s Senior DEI Consultant and Mental Health Expert-in-Residence, will build on the fundamentals discussed in our previous Leadership Lens session in February. This webinar will delve even further into practical strategies for embedding empathy into workplace culture and enhancing team cohesion. Grounded in scientific principles, Komal will provide insights on how to harness empathy to support colleagues across various experiences and perspectives. This session aims to equip attendees with actionable tools to deepen their empathy practice and create more inclusive, supportive workplace cultures. Komal will focus on the following key areas:
- Applied techniques for cultivating empathy in challenging situations
- Strategies for integrating empathy into daily professional practices
- Approaches to maintaining emotional resilience while demonstrating empathy
- Methods for fostering inclusive environments and psychological safety through empathetic leadership and behavior
Everyone is welcome to attend so please spread the word. If you have questions in advance for Komal, please send them to us by emailing info@bhasinconsulting.com. We hope to see you online!
