Associate – Facilitator and Life Coach
Brigid Dineen is a facilitator, certified life coach, and yoga instructor in a range of mindfulness, resilience and wellness areas. Brigid has over 10 years of experience in facilitation and coaching, specializing in the following areas: emotional intelligence; resilience; behavioural change; stress management; mindfulness and meditation; goals-based coaching; and mind-body wellness / mind-body connection. Brigid has designed and conducted workshops in her areas of expertise for clients across a range of sectors – including banking, financial institutions, energy, health organizations, business associations – and has coached dozens of professionals.
Brigid is inspired by the intersection of eastern practices – like meditation and mindfulness – with current research and practices in Neuroscience. She passionately brings tools from these disciplines into her Authentic Leadership coaching and workshops to help her clients cultivate meaningful and lasting change. Throughout her career, Brigid has coached executive women across a broad range of industries. Brigid is known for her calm presence, keen ability to zero in on limiting beliefs, and compassionate approach to inspiring personal growth. She helps her clients cultivate personal authenticity, resulting in greater clarity and confidence in all areas of their lives.
Brigid is committed to giving back to the community, and has volunteered with several organizations including: Oxfam Canada, Gilda’s Club, Homesfirst Shelter for Women, Dixon-Hall, and Interval House. She also co-produces the yoga festival Yogapalooza. Brigid’s other passions include golf, singing and songwriting, and yoga.
